  • Someone will be on hand at least 20 minutes before the start of the meeting to help direct people to the meeting room.
  • I will be responsible to ensure that the room is returned to its original status—all trash picked up and placed in receptacle, chairs returned to original location, all service items stored away, technology is turned off, etc.
  • I will close the doors and ensure doors are locked when the meeting is concluded.

Once we receive your conference room request, we will determine availability of the most appropriate conference room and send a confirmation email to the address above. You should hear back from us within the next 24 hours. The SSRC has three conference rooms:

  1. Suite 103, Room #143:First floor conference room - seats 10 at a rectangular table [Check Availability]
  2. Suite 201, Room #201C: Second floor largest conference room - seats 24 at U-shaped table, with additional side seating of 20 [Check Availability]
